Thames BBC was unable to field a team for our match at Wethersfield on Saturday so that match has been cancelled. )ur next scheduled match is vs. the Boston Union Base Ball Club on Aug. 29th at Fort Trumbull.

Match vs. Woodstock on June 27th cancelled

Thames BBC was unable to field a team for our match at Woodstock tomorrow so that match has been cancelled. Another 2020 schedule update

Our home field at Fort Trumbull is still not available to us after CT entered Phase 1 of their reopening. Phase 2 starts on June 20th but we don’t know yet if Fort Trumbull will allow us to play after that date. So, this means that our June 13th round robin match vs. Mudville (MA) BBC and the Westerly Quarrymen has been cancelled. We may try to reschedule a match with Westerly once we know what our season looks like. CT Day might happen on June 20th. I’ll post an update here once I know if that’s a confirmed date.

2020 Schedule update

Due to the extension of the COVID-19 social distancing restrictions through May 20th, we’ve had to cancel our first practice and our scrimmage against the Connecticut College Baseball Club. Also, the Doc Adams Day of CT Base Ball on May 9th will be rescheduled to a later date as will our May 16th match with the Lisbon Tunnelmen. You can always find our current 2020 schedule here.
